This is the most philosophical line in the Tai hexagram. It warns us: in favorable circumstances, we must always be far-sighted. No feast lasts forever. When the city is restored to the emperor, do not use teachers. Since the city tells the truth, Zhen stingy.

Peace ends, the city wall collapses, foretelling that chaos is coming.

Peak prosperity must decline; the Tai hexagram has reached its end and is about to transform into the Pi hexagram. The scene of prosperity has begun to crumble.
